Imagine an art school that starts
with art and knowledge of the majority
of the world's people and cultures.
We can.
The heart of our mission is to connect, create and share the wide variety of artistic traditions from every part of the world.
We honour equally the wide diversity of artistic expressions found across the globe while seeking the highest standards
of excellence, working with what this means locally in different locations across the world.
Our aim is to honour and critically engage with a global curriculum for art without denying the impact and influence
of Europe and the West or our intermingled and entangled heritages.
World Art School aims to provide an atmosphere of curiosity and respect at the heart of our approach.
All teaching is led by practitioners of the highest calibre who are focused on experimentation and artistic freedom, as understood
and framed by the various local histories of art. We are not interested in doling out grades, assessment or diplomas.
Our focus is on a rigorous and thorough engagement with the widest variety of cultures of art and art making.
Led by tutors who prize an inclusive approach, the aim of the World Art School is to recognise the full spectrum of creativity.
The goal is to teach art in its various forms in a global framework relevant in any specific location.

Executive Education |
We are keen to work with corporates to develop leadership skills through art-making and creative practices. Others promise life-changing experiences that will reinvigorate and humanise corporate culture. We deliver this in a range of retreats and in-house workshops. |

Art School |
Our aim is to develop an artist-led art school with various programmes, including painting, film, sculpture, textiles within a supported studio. We hope that an art school with a global curriculum and deep awareness of the wide variety of histories and global critical approaches to making art could flourish in a climate where there is growing disquiet with the current offer. We hope to fulfill a need for an increasing number of makers with a desire for intellectual stimulus and a focus on inclusive and curious practice. |
